Returns

1/ How to make a return? 


There are two ways of making a return:  

  • log into your account and choose “return my order” & follow the instructions on the site.
  • follow this link:
    https://nago-en.myshopify.com/pages/returns-form

Fill out the order number and your email address & follow the instructions.  


2/ What documents should I submit to make a return?


Please fill in the returns form available on our website. We would appreciate if you send it back together with any returned items, however if you aren’t able to print the form, please send it via email to shop@nago.com.


3/ Do I have to state the reason for the return? 


You are not obliged to do that, however customer feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we take it into account for future projects. 


4/ What address should I post the return to? Who is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping? 

Please send any items you wish to return to: NAGO – RETURNS, Stępińska street 22/30, postal code: 00-739. Any shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5/ Are all items returnable? 


All items other than underpants and masks are returnable. 


All returned items must be unworn, clean, and show no signs of use like stains or smells and no signs of washing. Worn or used items will not be processed and will be returned to the Customer at their expense. Any washing or repair costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.


6/ How long will it take to process the return & refund? 


It usually takes us up to 14 days. It may take longer in case we don’t receive the returns form.


7/ Should returns be sent in original packaging? 


Original packaging is not required to make a return, however, mindful of the benefits of reusing packaging, we encourage you to do that.
