Delivery & payments options 

NAGO offers delivery via courrier services - DHL or DPD.  Delivery is  available for EU countries, except Cyprus, Greece, Great Britain and Malta. 

Courier delivery DHL to Germany - EUR 4,90 incl VAT
Courier delivery DHL/DPD other countries  - EUR 7,90 incl VAT

When your order is confirmed in our shop, the warehouse will complete and prepare it for dispatch within two working days. You will be informed about tracking number in a separate message.
The expected delivery time is 5 working days. If you wait longer, please contact our customer service at shop@nago.com.

Payment options

All payments are processed via trusted online payment providers – Mollie. 

Our online payment partners provide the following payment options:

For all card payments the order is automatically confirmed as soon as the transaction has been authorized. 

For bank transfer payments, the order is confirmed when the transfer is complete.

Any refunds will be made to the original payment method – we will return the amount requested to your bank account if you have paid by transfer, or make a refund to your payment card if you have paid by card. 

Customers are exempt from any transaction fees associated with the purchase, other than product & delivery costs. 

Refunds will be processed to the bank account indicated in the Returns Form. For more information, check the “Returns” section on our website.
