Refund policy
1/ How to make a return?
To make a return please follow these steps:
1. Print this message or fill out the returns form. LINK
2. Prepare your parcel. Pack all returned items together with the print out of this message or the filled out returns form.
Please send returns via parcel service. We do not accept packages from the post office.
3. Post the parcel to:

4. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed the refund and notify you of any further steps.
2/ How much time do I have to return an item purchased on nago.com?
Submit your return within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have another 14 days to deliver the product to our warehouse. Returns delivered after this time will not be processed.
3/ What documents should I submit to make a return?
Please fill in the returns form available on our website. We would appreciate if you send it back together with any returned items, however if you aren’t able to print the form, please send it via email to shop@nago.com.
4/ Do I have to state the reason for the return?
You are not obliged to do so, however customer feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we take it into account for future projects.
5/ What address should I post the return to? Who is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping?

Any shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6/ Are all items returnable?
All items other than underpants and masks are returnable.
All returned items must be unworn, clean, and show no signs of use like stains or smells and no signs of washing. Worn or used items will not be processed and will be returned to the Customer at their expense. Any washing or repair costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
7/ How long will it take to process the return & refund?
It usually takes us up to 14 days. It may take longer in case we don’t receive the returns form.
8/ Should returns be sent in original packaging?
Original packaging is not required to make a return, however, mindful of the benefits of reusing packaging, we encourage you to do that.
9/ Can I exchange the products?
It is not possible to exchange goods. If you want a product in a different size or color, simply return your original order for a full refund and order new products.
