Wash the sweater by hand only in cool, preferably cold water, with mild detergents. Dry flat only, without wringing the water strongly. It is best to remove excess water by wrapping the sweater in a towel and then gently wringing it out. Store flat.
Wool has a tendency to fuzz, this is not a defect of the product. You can shave it with a special device or a razor.
